Nothing it was perfect.

The holiday season has come and gone, and unfortunately my hotel stay was not the best. However, I must say that the bed sheets were very clean and they provided fresh towels daily. Also, the hotel was located right in the heart of the city and that was very convenient for shopping and exploring. One more good thing was that they had a good breakfast every morning.

The hotel did not meet expectations as it had a really early check-out time. Surprisingly breakfast was only available until 9 AM which added pressure and stress to the already early morning. Also, the room was extremely small, cramped and the walls were quite thin so I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I did not have a very comfortable stay and do not think I will return.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in front of the main beach of the city. The beautiful view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We were able to relax and enjoy our time here thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. The hotel amenities were outstanding, with air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar in our room. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The on-site dining option was fantastic, offering a delicious selection of meals. We also loved the bar/lounge area, where we could unwind with a refreshing drink after a long day of exploring. The leisure facilities, such as the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, provided the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The beach access was a definite plus, with comfortable sun loungers available for guests to enjoy the beachfront view. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and relaxation.

During my business trip, the hotel's central location was convenient for me to attend all of my scheduled meetings. the room was also clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day. Plus, the front desk staff, especially Jerry, was helpful and friendly.

The early checkout time of 10 am was inconvenient and felt rushed, not allowing enough time to enjoy breakfast or wake up relaxed. the limited access to the on-site spa and sauna was frustrating, with only a 2-hour window for use per day and limited capacity.
